RETURN POLICY

1. Return Requirements

Retain the original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-returnable Circumstances

The product is visibly used or damaged.

Due to personal preference, mistaken purchase, or other non-product quality issues.

Exceeding the return period.

Customized products (e.g., special processing, engraving, etc.).

3. Return Process
Please contact us at care@cartexy.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide a return address and instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike or mistaken order), the shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Refund Processing
Once we confirm receipt and acceptance of the returned item, we will refund the original payment within 5 business days. Refund time may vary depending on the payment method.
